Tottenham fans troll Kyle Walker after Manchester City star’s quarter-final draw tweet

Tottenham Hotspur fans are loving life after seeing their side beat Manchester City 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Heung-Min Son was the hero as he fired beyond Ederson after 78 minutes of the clash at Spurs’ new stadium.

The moment was wildly celebrated in the stands, where the new atmosphere was really felt for the first time and it appears many supporters took their joy online too.

After the draw in Nyon, former Tottenham right-back Kyle Walker posted a cheeky tweet, knowing he could face a tough reception.

While it clearly wasn’t disrespectful to the north Londoners, some supporters took umbrage at the post and had to wait just 25 days to get their revenge.

As soon as the final whistle was tooted in Tottenham, they fired up the social media site and made sure they told the England international just how much fun they had during the victory, despite only half the job being done.
