Chelsea are set to offer Callum Hudson-Odoi the No.10 shirt which could be left vacant by Eden Hazard this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Hazard has reportedly agreed terms with Real Madrid, but a fee is yet to be resolved, with the La Liga side still well below Chelsea’s asking price of £100million for the Belgian.
Hudson-Odoi, 18, is currently sidelined after rupturing his Achilles against Burnley and will only consider singing a long-term deal if Chelsea show they are willing to build the team around him in the near future.
A ruptured Achilles can require up to nine months of recovery – and he is already facing a race against time to be fit for the start of next season.
