Herrera’s partner posted a video on Instagram and eagle-eyed fans spotted what looked like moving boxes in the background, leading many to believe he is getting ready to leave the country.

PSG have been the frontrunners for some time but Athletic Bilbao also emerged as late contenders to try and re-sign their former player. The 29-year-old represented the LaLiga club before joining United in 2014.

Ander Herrera’s contract with Manchester United expires at the end of the season
French radio station RMC previously reported that Bilbao’s offer came too late and he will be moving to the Parc des Princes at the end of the season.
Herrera’s protracted signing from Bilbao was completed in 2014 when United met his £28.85million buyout clause.
