Tranmere Rovers fans donned Mike Dean masks as they made their way to Wembley for the League Two play-off final.


Premier League referee Dean is an avid Tranmere fan and went viral on social media for his celebrations when they reached the final.





He was spotted on TV punching the air at the final whistle in the second leg of their semi-final against Forest Green.


A video posted on social media shows several Tranmere fans in good spirits on a coach heading to Wembley while wearing Mike Dean masks.





Rovers are aiming for back-to-back promotions, having gone up through the National League play-offs last season and will face Newport County at Wembley on Saturday.

The League Two match is the first play-off final of three over the Bank Holiday weekend.


Charlton and Sunderland will play in the League One final on Sunday followed by the Championship clash between Aston Villa and Derby on Monday.
