The former Gunners striker says that a mass clear out is needed at the north London club.

The 49-year-old did not just blame Shkodran Mustafi, who has been the focal point of much of the criticism.

“I think there’s probably ten players who aren’t good enough,” Campbell told talkSPORT 2.

“I’m not just blaming Mustafi for what happened at Crystal Palace because I think it was a team thing, although he made a mistake.

“There are ten players who Arsenal really need to look at getting out of the club.”

They lost ground in the race for a top four finish and face the prospect of playing in the Europa League again next season.

Campbell, who scored 59 goals in 224 games for the Gunners, urged the fans to not judge a player by the name on his back.

“I think the fans need to not fall for the name on the back of the shirt,” he added.

“What the fans have to do is see what the players do on the pitch and can they fight and have the desire for the club.

“It may not be a world-class name but we got showed up by Wolves yesterday and not many people knew who these Wolves players were at the start of the season.”
