Jack Butland has put clubs on alert by telling talkSPORT he wants to return to the Premier League and will ‘seriously consider’ any offers to leave Stoke City this summer.
The 26-year-old, who is reportedly wanted by Bournemouth, has just finished his first season back in the Championship following the Potters’ relegation last season.

Jack Butland has told talkSPORT he ‘needs’ to play Premier League football
He played 45 league games, just missing one match due to the birth of his son, and kept 18 clean sheets – the third best in the league behind Sheffield United’s Dean Henderson (21) and Middlesbrough’s Darren Randolph (19).
Butland was recently named in England’s 23-man squad for next months’ UEFA Nations League finals – one of only two players who do not currently play in England’s top flight (the other being Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho).

And the young goalkeeper has told talkSPORT he ‘needs’ to move back to the Premier League to ensure his long-term future in the Three Lions team.
Speaking to Drivetime from St George’s Park on Tuesday, Butland said: “I always have and I always will give everything for Stoke City, but I need to be in the Premier League.
“I’ve tried to help the club back there but I know where I need to be to be in this [England] squad.
