Shaun Wright-Phillips believes Christian Pulisic should not be expected to be a replacement for Eden Hazard at Chelsea.
Hazard is set to leave the Blues to head for Real Madrid in a transfer reportedly worth £88million.
The club signed Christian Pulisic in January but loaned him straight back to Borussia Dortmund until the end of the season.

Chelsea may have had one eye on a potential transfer ban this summer, which they have appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, when they signed the player.
Former Blues winger Wright-Phillips says it would not be fair to label Pulisic as a replacement.

Eden Hazard is expected to leave Chelsea for Real Madrid soon
“I wouldn’t say Pulisic is there to fill Hazard’s boots,” Wright-Phillips said speaking exclusively to 888sport.
“It’s not fair to put that load on him. He’s there to bring another way of playing for Chelsea and he will create his own footprints basically and build his own legacy at the Bridge.
“He is definitely a player the fans will like. In America he is rated very, very highly.”

Wright-Phillips also believes Chelsea have plenty of loan talent to bring back to make up for the loss of Hazard.
“Hazard is a massive asset to lose but at some point players like that want to try different challenges if their team is not completely dominating,” Wright-Phillips added.

“It’s only a short career. But I don’t think Chelsea will struggle because with all of the players who they have out on loan – I believe it’s something like 41 players – surely if they haven’t been sold they’re considered good enough for the Premier League.
“If they bring back the right ones, I think they’ll be fine.”
